Community Information & Restrictions
Oak Shores allows a maximum of two vehicles and one watercraft trailer parked at the home. Any additional vehicles may unload with a one-hour pass and must then park in the overflow lot outside the community gate.
The community permits up to 10 guests over the age of 16 per home; any additional sleeping capacity must be children under 16.

Watercraft Policy & Fees
Bringing a watercraft into Oak Shores requires a $25 per day fee, plus a $5 mussel inspection fee. All watercraft must be clean, drained, and dry and must not have been in a mussel-infected body of water within 30 days prior to arrival. Watercraft that do not meet these requirements are not permitted into the community.
Per California law, all watercraft drivers are required to have a boating license. Boating licenses can be obtained at https://boatus.org

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
